旅美打擊樂家潘韻如博士以其細膩甜美的表演風格受到台灣、美國、日本、中國、及澳洲各地觀眾的喜愛。
留美期間，潘韻如為2016澳大利亞國際木琴大賽（Australia Marimba Competition）首獎得主，除此之外，更於各項國際大賽獲得佳績，如2013美國打擊樂藝術協會國際鐵琴比賽 （PASIC International Solo Vibraphone Competition）第三名、2014美國白湖獨奏大賽 （White Lake Solo Competition)）第一名及最佳觀眾緣獎、2014美國密西根州立大學協奏曲大賽首獎，並於隔年與密西根州立大學管絃樂團於華頓藝術中心榮譽音樂會中演出Joseph Schwantner打擊樂協奏曲 、2015台灣國際打擊樂錦標賽木琴組冠軍及評審大賞銅獎、以及2016 台灣國際打擊樂錦標賽三科冠軍（木琴組一等獎、電鐵琴組冠軍、重奏專業組冠軍）。另外，在學術研究上，潘韻如也獲頒2016-2017密西根大學音樂學校傑出論文研究獎，以及密西根大學2016年度傑出領導人物獎，並于COGS年會上公開表揚。
身為演奏家，韻如的演出遍及台灣、美國、義大利、中國、澳洲及日本 。至今舉辦及策劃二十逾場個人獨奏會與重奏音樂會，並積極參與各大音樂節演出，如美國打擊樂藝術協會年會 (Percussive Art Society International Conference) 、佛羅里達州木琴年會 (Florida Mairmba Festival) 、Musser木琴樂團50週年紀念百人木琴音樂會、密西根州打擊樂節 (Michigan Day of Percussion)。近期更受邀於澳門現代樂手協會、美國柏林格林大學(Bowling Green University) 、中央佛州大學（University of Central Florida）、南佛羅里達州大學（University of South Florida）、史戴森大學（Stetson University）、俄亥俄州大學 (Ohio University) 、北阿拉巴馬州大學 (University of North Alabama) 、博州立大學 (Ball State University) 、中央佛羅里達大學 (University of Central Florida) 、南佛州大學 (University of South Florida) 、史戴森大學 (Stetson University) 、日本鳥取大學音樂學院 (Japan Tottori University) 等舉辦獨奏會，並教授大師班、個別課與講座。合作過的音樂家包括知名擊樂家Gordon Stout、 Gwendolyn Dease、arx Duo、The New Morse Code、Dr. Kelsey Tomayo、Tomoko Taki，以及鋼琴家Annis Lai。
除了獨奏以外，韻如也致力於擊樂重奏的演奏與創作。於2010年始擔任P PLAY打擊樂團首席以及音樂會企劃總監，前後共製作過六場音樂會。在密西根州立大學她也和日本聲音藝術家Tomoko Taki組成Matcha Mocha鍵盤擊樂二重奏， 並于2016年與打擊樂家Alex Smith、Kathryn Irwin和Will Alderman 組成Without Borders無界擊樂四重奏，並於2017年進行世界巡迴演出。創作之擊樂作品包括葬花吟、霸王別姬、西涼公主、重建構。
潘韻如博士之個人擊樂藝術專輯『Of Love and Loss: Songs from and for the heart』於2018年於台灣、美國兩地發行，並被美國木琴傳奇人物果登史導特（Gordon Stout）譽為『近幾年來最重要的專輯之一。』
韻如為美國紐約綺色佳大學 (Ithaca College)音樂演奏碩士，師事 Gordon Stout 教授。美國 密西根州立大學（Michigan State University）音樂演奏博士， 師事 Gwen Dease 教授與Jon Weber博士。韻如於2018始接任台灣擊樂藝術聯盟秘書長，並于同年秋季擔任美國密西根州立大學打擊樂代理教授。 現為Vic Firth及Remo 簽約藝術家代言人。
